JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta,J. 1. The petitioners are aggrieved by the construction of a fire station on land belonging to the Power Corporation. We are of the view that whether a fire station should or should not be constructed at a particular location is a matter which cannot be entertained in writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution particularly one filed in the public interest. The project in question is a public project and hence, no interference of the Court is necessary or appropriate. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
