JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J. 1. This petition has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation under Article 226 of the Constitution for a direction upon the respondents to publish the Government Order dated 10 February 2013 as well as the Circular dated 12 February 2014 in Urdu language. A prayer has also been made to publish the advertisement that was issued on 14 February 2014 to invite applications for appointment of Assistant Teachers (Urdu) in Urdu language also. 2. It is asserted that the said Government Order/Circular/advertisement was required to be published in Urdu language in terms of the notification dated 7 October 1989 issued by the State Government and non-publication of these documents in Urdu language has made it very difficult for Urdu knowing candidates to apply. 3. It will not be proper for the Court to entertain this grievance in a Public Interest Litigation. It will, however, be open to any aggrieved person to seek relief in appropriate proceedings. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
