Judgment 1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus direction to the respondent herein to consider the representation dated 04.01.2013 of the petitioner in a manner known to law for referring the matter to appropriate forum to decide the enhancement of compensation. 2. Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondent dated 04.01.2013, the respondent has not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
