JUDGMENT : B.K. Nayak, J. 1. Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Since it is stated by the Learned Additional Government Advocate that, Record of Rights have already been finally published in respect of village Bhuasuni, this Writ Petition is not entertained. It is open to the Petitioner to challenge the correctness of the finally published R.O.R in a revision before the competent authority. In case the revision is filed within three weeks, on filing a petition to that effect delay, if any, in filling same shall be considered keeping in view the fact that this Writ Petition of the Petitioner was pending before this Court. 2. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy.
