ORAL ORDER (Per: Hon’ble The Chief Justice) 1. The appellants, the son and the widow of the deceased employee of the Central Reserve Police Force, seek compassionate employment to the appellant no.1, the son of the deceased. The deceased died on 4th April 2000. The appellant no.1 was then a minor aged 13 years. His application for compassionate employment has been turned down on the ground that the elder son of the deceased is already in Government employment. The learned Single Judge has dismissed the Writ Petition. 2. We see no merit in this Appeal. Appeal is dismissed in limine.
