JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J. 1. The grievance of the petitioners pertains to a public chak road bearing Arazi No.1119 area 0.0920 hectares situated in Village-Juda Hardan, Tehsil-Sakaldiha, District Chandauli which has been encroached upon by the fourth and fifth respondents. Proceedings have been completed under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindary Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 against the fourth and fifth respondents and an order was passed on 15 December 2012. Thereafter, the order has not been enforced. The petitioners have moved the Sub-Divisional Magistrate for completing the chak road in pursuance of the order dated 15 December 2012 passed by the Tahsildar. 2. In these proceedings, we can only direct that unless the fourth and fifth respondents have challenged the order under Section 122-B or the order has been modified or verified, the competent authorities shall take necessary steps in accordance with law to enforce the order with due notice to the fourth and fifth respondents. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
