ORDER : 1. Let the pleadings be completed within four weeks. Reports, if any, that are still awaited in terms of the earlier orders passed by this Court will be submitted by the concerned Authorities/States within the aforesaid period of four weeks. 2. The matters be listed for further consideration on 14th October, 2014. 3. The reports submitted by the State of Manipur pursuant to the orders of this Court in sealed cover be furnished to the learned counsels for the contesting parties as well as the learned Amicus Curiae, who may file their response, if any, within the aforesaid period of four weeks.
