JUDGMENT 1. - Thirteen FIR's have been lodged by two petitioners. They have made a grievance that in FIR's lodged by them, fair investigation is not being conducted. 2. Investigating Officer, Hiralal, SHO Police Station, Jurhara Distt. Bharatpur is present in person. He has stated that neither the complainants-petitioner nor their witnesses are coming forward to give statement in support of the FIR's lodged at their instance. 3. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that complainants-petitioners and the witnesses shall appear before the Investigating Officer within ten days from today. 4. The Investigating Officer has stated that in case complainants and their witnesses appear before him within ten days from today, he shall fairly investigate all the FIR' lodged by the petitioners and submit a report thereof, within two months from the date of appearance of the complainants-petitioner and the witnesses. 5. Counsel for the complainants-petitioner submitted that present petition be disposed of in terms of the statement made by Investigating Officer.Ordered accordingly.Petition Disposed Of As Above. *******
