JUDGMENT Mr. M.M.S. Bedi, J. (Oral) - Petitioner seeks the concession of regular bail in a case registered on the basis of secret information that he alongwith 9 other persons was preparing to commit a dacoity on petrol pump armed with dangerous weapons. 2. The petition for bail has been opposed inter-alia on the ground that the petitioner is involved in 8 cases. 3. I have considered the facts and circumstances of the case. The petitioner, in the present case, was arrested on September 9, 2013. He has been booked in other 8 FIRs which were registered in last three days i.e. within the period of September 4, 2013 to September 7, 2013. The said FIRs pertain to thefts and are open without the name of any suspect. It will be premature at this stage to form an opinion whether the petitioner has been indulging in various incidents of thefts or he has been falsely implicated in number of cases on account of he having been arrested in the present case. 4. Without expression of any opinion regarding the involvement of the petitioner in other cases, taking into consideration the fact that he has been involved in other unnamed cases, he can be granted the concession of bail. 5. Petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court subject to the condition that he will not commit the similar offence of which he is accused of during the pendency of the trial. ---------0.B.S.0------------
