JUDGMENT Progress report has been filed on behalf of learned Public Prosecutor that offence has been made out against Hashim, Sahab Khan and Sharifan under Section 498A, 304B and 302 IPC The contention of the petitioner is that in spite of this opinion, after investigation, nothing material has been done by the Investigating Officer to apprehend the accused persons. In view of the above facts, investigation Officer alongwith concerned Superintendent of Police shall remain present on the next date of hearing to apprise about the fact that what efforts have been made by them to apprehend the accused persons. Counsel for the accused petitioner has submitted that he has a right to hear and put his case before the Investigating Officer and prays for time. Put up on 15.1.2014.
