JUDGMENT This court after hearing the parties on 12.3.2014, has opined that the only issue that can be redressed in the present petition is about relief of compensation claimed by the petitioners for the delay caused in conclusion of the course. The Court further noticed that the relief can be granted against the respondent No. 3. However, as respondent No.3 was not served till that date, the Court issued fresh notice to respondent No. 3. Office noting indicates that the petitioners have not taken steps to serve the respondent No. 3 so far. Today when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioners. As a result, this petition is dismissed as non-prosecution.
