JUDGMENT 1.Heard Shri Vinod Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner on the question of admission. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition alleging disobedience and contempt of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 20335 of 2013, decided by this Court on 2-12-2013. 3. Having perused the record, I do not find any case for initiating any contempt proceeding against the respondents. 4. However, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent/authorities by placing before them all orders as well as the impugned order. 5. In case the petitioner does so alongwith a certified copy of order passed today within a week of obtaining the same, the concerned authority shall comply with the orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months thereafter. 6. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. C.C. as per rules.
