JUDGMENT 1.Heard on the question of admission. 2. The only claim made in the writ petition is for payment of salary for the period w.e.f. 13.4.2008 to 20.4.2008 and 24.8.2006. It is contended that the petitioner though has discharged the duty, but was not being paid the salary for the aforesaid period, therefore, an application to this effect was made by the petitioner before the competent authority, but the same was not decided, therefore, the writ petition was required to be filed before this Court. 3. From the application submitted by the petitioner to the Collector, it appears that a complaint was made that since the petitioner was not obliging the Block Medical Officer posted at that time, she was not being paid the salary for the aforesaid period. However, what action was taken on the application, is not clear. 4. That being so, without entering into the merits of the claim made in the present writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the application made by the petitioner and if no such application is found, then upon making of an application afresh by the petitioner within fifteen days from today, and to pass appropriate orders in accordance to law. If any amount towards the salary is found due, let the same be paid to the petitioner within a month from the date of making of such application. The writ petition stands disposed of.
