ORDER : The Chairman of the Steering Committee set up under Babu Jagjivan Ram Chhatrawas Yojana has submitted his report pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2013. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner accepts the report, but, at the same time, the report does not address the diverse issues raised in the Writ Petition. 3. Let Writ Petition come up for hearing within one year from today. 4. The States which are yet to file their counter affidavits may do so within three months.
