Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.11.2012. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3. A complaint was given by the petitioner as early as on 22.11.2012, but so far, no case has been registered based on the said complaint. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), some cognizable offence has been made out. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.11.2012 and investigate the same in accordance with law. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
