JUDGMENT P.B. SURESH KUMAR, J. 1. A complaint received by this Court from one Sri. K.V. Bhaskaran concerning the unauthorised allotment of Donor rooms at Sabarimala temple was forwarded to the Special Commissioner, Sabarimala for his remarks and report. Accordingly, the Special Commissioner submitted a report on 26/3/2014 and this petition was registered based on the said report. 2. The report of the Special Commissioner recites that the Donor rooms at Sabarimala namely G.K.D. and Poornapushkala are regularly leased out to M/s. Vivekananda Travels and the said tour company is accommodating their guests in the said rooms and collecting the rent of the rooms. 3. On an earlier occasion, based on the report of the Special Commissioner, Sabarimala, this Court had issued detailed guidelines for allotment of rooms at Sabarimala as per order dated 20/6/2008 in SSCR No. 7 of 2007. In the light of the directions issued by this Court on 20/6/2008 in SSCR No. 7 of 2007, no further directions need to be issued and this DBP is accordingly closed with a direction to the Board to scrupulously follow the directions issued by this Court in SSCR No. 7 of 2007. A copy of the order in SSCR No. 7 of 2007 shall be appended to this order.
