JUDGMENT 1.Heard Shri Rakesh Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner on the question of admission. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition alleging disobedience and contempt of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 9565 of 2012, decided on 19-11-2012. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in spite of submitting a certificate from the District Magistrate, Garhwal, to the effect that the petitioner is legally wedded wife and now the widow of the deceased Bhagwan Singh, the respondent/authorities have not processed the petitioner's case and are insisting to submit a succession certificate by issuing a communication dated 24-2-2014 (Annexure C-4) to the petitioner. 4. As the only order issued by this Court is regarding consideration of the petitioner's case and as the respondent/authorities have considered the same, I do not find any case for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents. 5. However, the petition application filed by the petitioner is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take up appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid communication/order dated 24-20-2014 (Annexure C-2), if so advised. 6.
