JUDGMENT 1.None for the applicant. 2. This revision under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 05.02.2003 passed by the Family Court Rewa in Criminal Case No. 68 of 2002, by which the Family Court Rewa allowed the application filed by the respondent and awarded maintenance of Rs. 1200/- per month to the respondent. 3. This revision is of the year 2003. Since none is present on behalf of the applicant, it seems that with the passage of time, the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting this case of granting of interim maintenance amount, hence, this application deserves to be dismissed in default. 4. Learned Family Court rightly held, after appreciation of evidence that the respondent is legally wedded wife of applicant. 5. Learned Family Court also rightly found that the applicant deserted his wife and one daughter without any reasonable cause. It is also held that the daughter of this couple has performed marriage. The applicant is a retired government servant, hence, having sufficient means of income to pay maintenance and, therefore, rightly awarded the maintenance amount of Rs. 1200/ - per month. Hence, on the merits also, this revision under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, the revision stands dismissed.
