JUDGMENT : The limited relief sought for by the petitioner herein is for a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 resolution passed by the third respondent Panchayat and to issue necessary orders on the basis thereof. In view of the limited relief sought, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of issuing the said direction. This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 resolution of the third respondent and to pass necessary orders on the basis thereof, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner.
