Judgment : M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the miscellaneous petition, in M.P.No.1 of 2014, in O.S.A.No.314 of 2011, a Memorandum of Understanding, dated 12.4.2014, signed by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, have been filed before this court. The Memorandum of Understanding reads as follows: "MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING 1. The parties hereby agree that the petitioner father shall have the custody of their minor son Yuvan Raj Krishna from 5.4.2014 to 3.5.2014. Accordingly, at present the minor boy is with the petitioner at present. 2. The petitioner agrees to handover the minor boy to the respondent mother on 3.5.2014 at 8 p.m., for which the respondent has also given her consent. In view of the above it is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble court may be pleased to pass appropriate orders in the above application and thus render justice." 3. In such circumstances, the parties are directed to adhere to the clauses contained in the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 12.4.2014. Recording the above said Memorandum of Understanding, dated 12.4.2014 the miscellaneous petition, in M.P.No.1 of 2014, in O.S.A.No.314 of 2014 stands closed.
