JUDGMENT 1.With the consent of learned counsel for parties, matter is heard finally. 2. In this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the validity of order dated 11/6/2014 by which the petitioner who is a Women Health Worker has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Bijawar to Sub Health Centre, Surai (Bakswaha). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has been posted in place of the petitioner and in case the petitioner is required to carry out the order of transfer, her family life would be uprooted. It is further submitted that with regard to her grievance, the petitioner has submitted a representation contained in Annexure P/4 to respondent No. 4 namely Chief Medical and Health Officer, Chhatarpur and the aforesaid authority be directed to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, learned Dy. Advocate General submits that if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for parties and as agreed to by them, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 4 namely Chief Medical and Health Officer, Chhatarpur to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today by a speaking order. 6. Taking into account that nobody has been posted in place of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at her present place of posting. The writ petition is disposed of.
