JUDGMENT Shri B.K. Jain, learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file fresh appeal against the impugned judgment and decree dated 29.7.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Kamrup at Guwahati in F.C. (Civil) No.174 of 2007 after obtaining necessary corrections from the concerned court below in the impugned judgment which, according to learned counsel for the appellant, is committed by the learned Judge in the judgment. We grant this liberty as prayed and, accordingly, dismiss the appeal as withdrawn but with the liberty granted as above. Needless to observe, as and when any fresh appeal is filed by the appellant against the impugned judgment and decree, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law.
