Judgment: 1. This petition has been filed as Public Interest Litigation. However, it is noticed that the members of the petitioner association will be benefited by the relief to be so granted by the Court. In that sense, it cannot be treated as Public Interest Litigation, but at best the cause can be pursued in representative capacity of association, if so advised. Moreover, the petitioner is not a registered society or organisation. For that reason also, filing of petition by such association is ill advised. 2. This petition is dismissed with liberty to the affected/aggrieved persons to pursue any other appropriate remedy as may be advised and as may be permissible in law.
