JUDGMENT 1. This application has been filed for initiating action for contempt on the ground that the order dated 06/09/2012 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No. 5755 of 2011 has not been complied with. It is stated that certain benefits of seniority and other consequential benefits have not been granted to her. 2. We have gone through the order dated 06/09/2012 passed by the writ court in W.P. No. 5755 of 2011 we find that the petitioner has been absorbed and 25% back wages have also been granted to her, the question of granting seniority and other consequential benefits are concerned, there is no specific direction in this regard and therefore, it is not appropriate to initiate any action for contempt. In case applicant feels that she is entitled to any other benefits after absorption and grant of continuity of service, she may initiate fresh proceeding in accordance to the law. 3. Granting aforesaid liberty, finding no case made out for initiating any action for contempt, application is disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
