JUDGMENT This is third application for suspension of sentence filed by the accused. Earlier such applications had been decided on 18.12.2009 and 20.3.2012. In view of the earlier orders passed on merits by the High Court and there being no change in the circumstances, we do not find any just reason to reconsider the question of suspension of sentence to the accused appellant. Consequently, the third application for suspension of sentence is dismissed. However, the accused appellant has remained in jail for about 6 years and the paper book is complete, the office is directed to list the appeal in the list of hearing cases.
