JUDGMENT This third application for grant of interim bail has been filed by the accused on the ground of illness of his parents. However, the learned counsel for the appellant has now informed that the parents have recovered from illness. Therefore, this third application for suspension of sentence for grant of interim bail has become infructuous. Consequently, the third application for suspension of sentence is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, Keeping in view the fact that the said accused is said to have been remained in jail for about 7½ years and the fact that the paper book is complete, the office is directed to list the appeal in the list of hearing cases.
