JUDGMENT 1. The learned senior counsel for the respondents who had been directed to seek instructions in the matter, submits that the authorities have taken a decision on 29.05.2014 to extend the period of probation of the petitioner by a further period of six months during which the matter would be scrutinized by the Enquiry Committee constituted by the competent authority. 2. It is also apparent from a perusal of the documents produced by learned senior counsel for the respondents that the extension of probation period would be effective from 17.09.2014. 3. In the circumstances and in view of the statement made by the learned senior counsel and the documents produced which is kept on the record, it is clear that the respondents are not taking any adverse decision or action against the petitioner at this stage and have in fact extended the probation period for another six months from 17.09.2014In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum or this court as the case may be, as and when cause of action arises. 4. With the aforesaid liberty/observations, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. C.C. as per rules.
