JUDGMENT 1.Heard. 2. This is first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail. The applicant is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No. 470 of 2014 registered at P.S. City Kotwali Morena, District Morena, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 of IPC. 3. As per prosecution case, marriage of the complainant was solemnized on 13.7.2013 with the son of the applicant. After marriage, the husband and mother-in-law of the complainant started demanding cash of Rs. 2 lacs and a motorcycle. When the complainant expressed her inability, she was harassed by her mother-in-law, husband and Jeth Bablu and Satish. She was also beaten. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has not committed any offence. She has never demanded any dowry and harassed the complainant. The complainant used to say that house should be transferred at her name, then she would reside there, otherwise she would go back to her parents house. Thereafter, husband of the applicant got opened an FIR of Rs. 20 lacs in Oriental Bank of Commerce in which the complainant was made a nominee. There is no likelihood of absconsion of the applicant. Hence, prayed for anticipatory bail. The prayer is opposed by learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary. 5. Considering the allegation against the applicant and the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting on the merits of the case, this application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest, applicant shall be enlarged on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with a surety bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting officer/competent Court. The applicant shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required and she will co-operate in the investigation. She shall further abide by the other conditions enumerated in sub-section (2) of Section 438 of Cr.P.C. 6. This order shall remain operative for a period of sixty days and during this period the applicant is free to move the regular bail application before the concerned Court. C.C. as per rules.
