JUDGMENT Heard. The grievance of the petitioner in the Public Interest Litigation is that there is some encroachment On Government land. Petitioner has already submitted the representation in this regard before the Collector, Gwalior. Looking to the aforesaid facts of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Collector, Gwalior shall consider the representation and find out that there is some encroachment and some persons have been unauthorizedly alienating the Govt. land and if it is found that the allegations are true then he should take proper steps in this matter in accordance with law after hearing the affected persons. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. No order as to costs.
