JUDGMENT 1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the judgment, dated 21.11.2008, made in C.C.No.40 of 2007, on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Wallajhapet, Vellore District. 2. The matter was referred for mediation to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, by the order of this Court, dated 30.8.2013. 3. A communication, dated 18.12.2013, of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, has been received enclosing a copy of the Mediation Report, dated 4.12.2013. In the said report, it is stated as follows:- "Both parties appeared before the Centre along with their Counsel. Parties arrived at an amicable settlement as per the terms in the Mediation Agreement enclosed herewith. Hence the matter is sent back to the Hon'ble Court." 4. As the parties have arrived at a settlement, in terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 4.12.2013, this Petition is listed for passing orders, in terms of the said Mediation Agreement. 5. The Mediation Agreement, dated 4.12.2013, signed by the parties, as well as their respective counsels, reads as follows:- "Both sides, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side have agreed as follows: 1. Both the Petitioner and the Respondents settled the disputes amicably between them. 2. 2nd Respondent / Husband paid a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty thousand only) towards permanent alimony to the Petitioner / Wife. The Petitioner / Wife agreed and received the same. 3. Petitioner / Wife agreed to withdraw the Maintenance Case No.14/2008 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur filed against the 2nd Respondent / Husband. 4. Petitioner / Wife and 2nd Respondent / Husband agreed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.7/2007 on the file of Sub Court, Ranipet and in H.M.O.P.No.40/2007 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee. 5. Petitioner / Wife and 2nd Respondent / Husband agreed to file 13 (B) Mutual Consent Petition for divorce in the appropriate forum. 6. The 2nd Respondent / Husband returned all sreedhana, Electronics and Household articles to the Petitioner / Wife. Further the 2nd Respondent / Husband returned the Two Wheeler bearing registration No. TN 23 AX 5519 to the Petitioner / Wife. The Petitioner / Wife acknowledges the receipts of all the articles and Two Wheeler. 7.
6. The 2nd Respondent / Husband returned all sreedhana, Electronics and Household articles to the Petitioner / Wife. Further the 2nd Respondent / Husband returned the Two Wheeler bearing registration No. TN 23 AX 5519 to the Petitioner / Wife. The Petitioner / Wife acknowledges the receipts of all the articles and Two Wheeler. 7. Petitioner / Wife and 2nd Respondent / Husband agreed that they did not have any other claims against each other. " 6. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which is recorded under the Mediation Agreement, dated 4.12.2013, and in terms of the Mediation Report, dated 4.12.2013, before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, this Civil Revision Case is disposed of. The terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 4.12.2013, and the report, dated 4.12.2013, of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, shall form part of this order.
