JUDGMENT 1. This petition is filed claiming benefits of first Kramonnati on completion of 12 years of service, benefit of 6th Pay Commission with effect from 01.01.2006 and for retiral benefits on the basis of revised pay. 2. Learned Government Advocate by filing return has stated that the petitioner is liable to pay rent at the rate of Rs. 1450/- per month, which is quantified as Rs. 37,295/-. It is further stated that 6th Pay Commission benefits have been granted to the petitioner at a later date. 3. Faced with this situation, Shri Shukla submits that petitioner will file fresh representation claiming unpaid benefits with interest. The respondents may deduct the amount of rent mentioned in para 5 of the return and shall pay the remaining amount in accordance with law. 4.. Mrs. Pachauri has no objection. 5.. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation mentioning about his claims and submit it before respondents No. 2 to 4. In turn, respondents are directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law within 60 days by a reasoned order. Outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner. If any amount is found due in favour of the petitioner, the same shall be paid within the aforesaid time. 6. Petition is disposed of.
