JUDGMENT : S.L.P. (C) No. 20370 of 2012: 1. On 4.8.2014, this Court passed orders on two interlocutory applications being I.A. No. 1 of 2014 and I.A. No.2 of 2014. 2. Office has now reported vide its report dated 5.9.2014 that pursuant to the above order, two renewed bank guarantee being Nos. 00711GFIN000212 and 00711GFIN000312 for an amount of Rs.2 crores each on behalf of the applicants/respondent Nos. 7 & 8 namely; Rajmohan and Jyotikumar issued by the UCO Bank, Kollam (Quilon) Branch, Kerala in favour of the Registrar General of this Court have been received. 3. The Registry is directed to accept the aforesaid renewed bank guarantees, if they are found to be in order. I.A. No. 6 of 2014 in S.L.P. (C) No. 20370 of 2012: 4 (1). Taken on record. 5 (2). Issue notice on I.A. No. 6 of 2014 returnable on 12.9.2014. 6 (3). Mr. P.S. Narsimha, learned Additional Solicitor General submits that response to the application, if so advised, shall be filed by the Union of India before the returnable date. 7 (4). We accept his statement. 8 (5). On 18.1.2013, this Court issued certain directions. One of such directions being permission to the applicant (first petitioner) - Chief Master Sargeant Massimilano Latorre to report to the Station House Officer, Chanakyapuri Police Station, New Delhi (for short "SHO, Chanakyapuri") once a week subject to further relaxation as may be granted. 9 (6). In the application, it is stated that applicant (first petitioner) suffered brain stroke on 31.8.2014. We are informed that because of above illness, the applicant (first petitioner) could not report to the SHO, Chanakyapuri on 3.9.2014 in compliance of this Court's order dated 18.1.2013. We are further informed that because of illness, the applicant (first petitioner) would not be able to report to the SHO, Chanakyapuri on September 10, 2014 as well. 10 (7). For the stated reason, we waive reporting of the applicant (first petitioner) to the SHO, Chanakyapuri for two weeks commencing from 31.8.2014. 11 (8). Let I.A. No. 6 of 2014 come up for consideration on 12.9.2014.
