Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to register FIR against accused and take necessary action on petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2014 and file a charge sheet in appropriate forums. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the occurrence was taken place on 04.03.2014 at 2.15 p.m and the petitioner has produced the Accident Register copy issued by AB Casualty, Government Royapettah Hospital, Chennai. 4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) representing the respondents submits that no case is registered till now on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.03.2014. 5. In the above circumstance, since congnizable offence is made out, the first respondent police is directed to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.03.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 6. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
