JUDGMENT Heard. This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 17-06-2013 passed in W.P. No. 3542 of 2013 (PIL). This Court disposed of the aforesaid writ petition with the following directions:- “This prayer is accepted and respondent No. 1 is hereby directed to complete the enquiry, if any, pending against respondent No. 2 in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.” It is submitted in the compliance report filed on behalf of the respondent that Sub Divisional Officer Ambha District Morena has already passed the order in regard to removal of encroachment and the appeal filed before the Commissioner by the affected person is pending before the CONC No. 129 of 2014 authority. In this view of the matter, in our opinion, the order passed by this Court has been complied with. This Contempt Petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
