JUDGMENT 1.Earlier also none is present for the appellant. As directed on dated 30.6.2014, a report has been received regarding the appellant that the appellant Munna Burman son of Bhagwan Das has been released from jail on 10.12.2010 of the awarded jail sentence after serving and granting the benefit of remission. 2. As per the said report from the sub Jail, Umaria dated 25.4.2014 which indicates clearly that the appellant Munna Burman has been released from jail after serving awarded jail sentence and granting the benefit of remission on 10.12.2014. It is also submitted that the fine amount has also been deposited. 3. After perusal of the report it appears that there is nothing survives in this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly it is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
