JUDGMENT Having gone through the averments made in the contempt petition and the order passed by the respondent, we are of the view that the petitioner has failed to give specific representation as directed by this Court vide order dated 06/11/2012 in W.A. No. 606 of 2011. In the circumstances, we dispose of this contempt petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation in terms of the order passed in W.A. No. 606 of 2011. On such representation being given, the competent authority shall examine the same and shall pass appropriate order in terms of the order passed in W.A. No. 606 of 2011 within two months from the date of receipt of such representation. C.c. as per rules.
