JUDGMENT This criminal revision is pending since 2009. None is appearing, it seems that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the same. From perusal of the record it appears that this revision petition has been preferred against the order dated 7.10.2009, whereby the respondent No. 2 has been discharged from Section 307 of IPC, while charges under Sections 294, 506-B of IPC and under Section 25(1-BB) and 27 of Arms Act have been framed. From the bare reading of the FIR it appears that prima facie no charge is made out under Section 307 of IPC. In view of the above, this revision petition is bereft of merits and is hereby dismissed.
