ORDER 1. It has been stated that award has been passed in Claim Case No. 484/2011 and a sum of Rs.6,60,000/- has been awarded by the Claim Tribunal. It has been stated that the petitioner No.2 has been awarded a sum of Rs.1,30,000/-. However, the same has been kept in FDR for five years. It has been stated that the petitioner No.2 attained majority and he is unemployed and to start some business he wants the amount in question and the amount of compensation had been kept in fixed deposit. 2. This Court is of the considered opinion that the request made by the petitioner appears to be genuine request and therefore, the amount which is kept in the FDR as the petitioner No.2 has attained the age of majority be given to the petitioner No.2. 3. Let exercise of paying the amount be carried out within a period of three days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.
