JUDGMENT : Hima Kohli, J.:-- I.A. 7752/2015 (by the plaintiffs u/O XXIII Rule 1 CPC) 1. The present application has been filed by the plaintiff praying inter alia for permission to withdraw the suit in view of the fact that the parties have arrived at an out of court settlement. 2. Counsel for the defendants confirms the aforesaid position and states that she does not have any objection to the suit being disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at with her client. 3. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The suit is disposed of alongwith the pending application while leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
