JUDGMENT : 1. The petitions in Crl. O.P.(MD)Nos.9787, 13817, 13827, 13953, 14505 and 14230 of 2014 have been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to register the case based on the complaints lodged by the respective petitioners therein.
