JUDGMENT : MANSOOR AHMAD MIR, J. 1. Challenge in this appeal is to the judgment and order, dated 21.07.2014, made by the Writ Court in CWP No. 1430 of 2013, titled as Ram Lal Thakur v. State of Himachal Pradesh & ors., whereby the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner-appellant herein was dismissed (for short "the impugned judgment"). 2. The writ petitioner-appellant herein, who was serving as Trained Graduate Teacher in a privately managed school, i.e. Indira Gandhi High School, Ghanaghughat, District Solan, with effect from 20.10.1998, left the services of the said school on his appointment as TGT (Arts) on contract basis in terms of office order, dated 07.11.2008. Thereafter, Government issued notification on 05.12.2011 to the extent that the said school and the services of the employees working in the said school were taken over by the Government. No relief was granted to the writ petitioner-appellant herein, constraining him to file writ petition, which was dismissed. 3. We have gone through the impugned judgment and have perused the record. 4. It is worthwhile to record herein that at the time of taking over of the school and the services of its employees, the writ petitioner-appellant herein had left the services of that school, thus, cannot be granted the reliefs claimed by him. 5. The impugned judgment is legal one, needs no interference. 6. Accordingly, the impugned judgment is upheld and the appeal is dismissed along with all pending applications.
