It is submitted on behalf of the parties that dispute inter-se the parties is qua execution of maintenance allowance granted under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Court is of the opinion that maintenance amount granted under Section 125 Cr.P.C. could be recovered as per provision of Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 submitted that two execution petitions are pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ghumarwin. The remaining two execution petitions pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ghumarwin will be decided expeditiously strictly in accordance with law as per provision mentioned in Section 125 (3) Code of Criminal Procedure.
