JUDGMENT On the matter being taken up today learned counsel for the complainant Shri Satendra Kumar Upadhyaya produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 5.5.2015 passed by this Court wherein we find that writ petition with similar set of relief has been dismissed as not pressed with no further liberty to file fresh writ petition. 2. Once in the order dated 5.5.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 10963 of 2015 no liberty has been accorded to petitioner to file fresh writ petition for the same cause of action, then present writ petition is not at all competent and maintainable before this Court and same is dismissed, accordingly.
