JUDGMENT 1. - The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 42/2015 Police Station Bagri Nagar District Pali for the offences under Sections 363, 366, 380, 376 of IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecutrix is of 24 years of age and she voluntarily left her parental house and stayed with the petitioner without any hue and cry. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application in general. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced at the bar, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the petitioner deserves to be accepted. 6. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner, Irfan S/o Shri Habib Khan arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 42/2015 shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. *******
