JUDGMENT Akhtar Husain Khan, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. This petition has been filed for quashing the FIR relating to Case Crime No.188 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC, and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mandiyaon, District Lucknow. 3. In the instant case the marriage was solemnized on 26.01.2014 and the victim was brought back on 21.04.2015 and thereafter she made a phone call to her parents wherein she expressed apprehension of her death. Thereafter on 22.04.2015 she was done to death. She has died an unnatural death within a short span of time. There is specific allegation of demand of dowry and consequential ill treatment. 4. In view of the above, cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners, as such, writ petition is dismissed.
