Judgment 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in both the bundles. 2. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
