JUDGMENT Rajesh Dayal Khare,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. The grievance of the applicant is that the opposite parties-contemnors have deliberately and intentionally flouted the order dated 28.8.2014 passed in Writ-A-No. 44374 of 2014, copy of which order of the writ Court has been annexed as annexure-2 to the affidavit accompanying this contempt application and the order of the Contempt court dated 12.2.2015 passed in Contempt Application (Civil)No. 888 of 2015, copy of which has been filed as annexure-1. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the opposite party has passed the order dated 04.3.2015, copy of which has been filed as annexure-4 whereby the claim of the applicant has not been considered and the order of the contempt court has been flouted. 4. It is not disputed that pursuant to the order of this Court, representation of the applicant has been decided but it is contended that the same has been incorrectly decided. 5. Be that as it may, if the applicant is aggrieved by the order so passed by the authorities, he has remedy open to him to challenge the same before appropriate forum. Present application accordingly disposed of.
