JUDGMENT Rajesh Dayal Khare, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. The grievance of the applicant is that the opposite party-contemnor has willfully and deliberately flouted the order dated 25.9.2014, passed in Writ-C-No. 52758 of 2014, which order has been annexed as annexure-1 to the affidavit accompanying the contempt application, whereby liberty was given to the applicant to approach the concerned authority along with a certified copy of the order so that appropriate inquiry can be initiated and required action be taken in accordance with law to protect the public pond in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court, which exercise was to be completed expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that in spite of the aforesaid order of this Court dated 25.9.2014 duly served upon the opposite party, neither any enquiry has been initiated nor any action has been taken. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the opposite party to get an appropriate enquiry conducted and appropriate action be taken in consonance with the order of this Court dated 25.9.2014 passed in the aforesaid writ petition. It is expected that the said exercise shall be undertaken and completed preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the opposite party.
