ORDER : Ashok B. Hinchigeri, J. 1. Sri E.S. Indresh, learned Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the respondents. The petitioner's grievance is over the memorandum, dated 3-9-2015 (Annexure-A) insisting for obtaining the Aadhar Cards by all the students as a precondition for disbursing the benefits of the incentive programmes to the school. 2. Sri E.S. Indresh submits that the Government has issued fresh notification clarifying that the obtaining of Aadhar Card is optional. He submits that the production of the Aadhar Cards by the schools is not being insisted for the disbursal of the benefits under the various incentive schemes and programmes. Recording his submissions, I dispose of this petition. No order as to costs.
