ORDER : The matter was mentioned today. 2. Both the parties are present. 3. In the order dated 16.01.2015, it appeared that some mistake has been cropped up while recording the same. 4. Paragraph 3 of the order reads as follows : "However, application for grant of bail, if any, is filed by the petitioner before the appropriate court, the Court may grant him bail, by imposing appropriate conditions, on the date of filing of the same after considering his application on merits without being influenced by this order" Now, it may be read as follows : "However, application for grant of bail, if any, is filed by the petitioner before the appropriate court, the Court may grant him bail, by imposing appropriate conditions, on the date of filing of the same."
